Privacy Policy

Effective September 3, 2026 · TrialTracing v1.68 launch candidate

This Privacy Policy explains the categories of information TrialTracing uses to operate the service.

Information you provide

Depending on how you use TrialTracing, this can include account email, profile information, case records, uploaded files, comments, reactions, follows, creator-profile information, and support or moderation reports.

Service and analytics information

TrialTracing records service data needed for authentication, security, synchronization, audit history, creator analytics, and product operation. Public-case analytics are designed to avoid storing raw IP addresses in the TrialTracing analytics tables.

Public content

Cases, creator profiles, discussions, or other content you deliberately mark public can be visible to other people. Keep private information out of public content unless you have a lawful and appropriate reason to publish it.

Storage and processors

TrialTracing uses Supabase for authenticated cloud data and storage in the current architecture. Hosting and other infrastructure providers may process technical data needed to serve the application.

Your choices

Account settings allow supported users to change email/password, export an account summary, control selected notification preferences, and request account deletion. Case exports should be used when you need complete copies of case content.

Security

TrialTracing uses authenticated sessions and database Row Level Security for protected cloud records. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, so maintain independent backups of critical source material.
