1. What TrialTracing provides
TrialTracing is a visual case-research, organization, collaboration, and presentation platform. It helps users organize people, evidence, events, documents, sources, locations, relationships, and theories.
2. User responsibility
You are responsible for content you upload, publish, discuss, or share. Do not present allegations, theories, rumors, or unverified information as established fact. Do not use the service to harass, threaten, impersonate, dox, defame, or unlawfully expose private information.
3. Public cases
Content marked public may be viewed by other users and visitors. Public visibility does not mean TrialTracing has verified or endorsed the content.
4. Account access
TrialTracing may suspend or restrict accounts when necessary to protect users, the platform, legal compliance, or system security. Admin and moderation actions are logged where supported by the platform.
5. Intellectual property
You retain responsibility for material you submit. Only upload or publish material you have the right to use. TrialTracing branding, software, and original interface elements remain protected by applicable intellectual-property law.
6. Service availability
The launch-candidate service may change, experience interruptions, or contain defects. Keep independent copies of important research and source documents.
